Delivery times to the above areas may take approximately

3 to 5 weeks, though customs may sometimes affect the

speed by up to one week.

Worldwide/The areas which different than above

- Delivery times may vary in different countries and could

take around 3 to 5 weeks. But for Europe, it could take

up to around 6 - 9 weeks. We are currently working with

different delivery companies for various regions, such as

Europe, and other continents. At the moment, shipping is

not free compare to NZ/US/AUS/CA, but our goal is to

offer the best possible shipping rates and be able to

ship everywhere!

The tracking number could be available

once the package reaches the destination

country and is processed by the local delivery

provider. Please note that uncontrollable

factors, such as holidays, may extend the

delivery time. Sometimes the delivery may

be handled by a third-party courier company,
